13) Now insert the nozzle of a hot-melt glue gun and fill completely with glue. (careful not to overflow or it wont fit back onto the plunger |
14) Now apply some glue to each side of the inside of the plunger shaft to cover up the two small vent holes. Again, not too much or it wont fit back into the pump tube |
15) Re-assembled pump |
16) Glue the non-tapered end of the 4 inch piece to the pressure chamber |
17) Now modify the case so the new barrel will fit inside. Start with the front |
